Kolga, elected president of CEEC

At its annual general,meeting on January 16, the Central and Eastern European council elected Marcus Kolga as its new president. Kolga the president of the Estonian Central Council has been active in the CEEC for a number of years. As an advance copy Kolga presented the CEEC with the Macdonald Cartier Institute's publication ‘Stemming the virus', a 60-page study of Russian propaganda, which Kolga authored. The Institute is currently releasing it.
